The main mission of the Marketing Assistant is to support the China Biopharma Business Unit with daily operation and administrative work, as well as provide support to the development and implementation of marketing projects.
What your main responsibilities will be
You will have the opportunity to:
- Manage internal processes and administrative tasks according to the company's financial, legal, and compliance procedures to ensure smooth operations of the business unit.
- Support the deployment of marketing activities, including coordinating internal processes and providing on-site event support.
- Develop promotional materials by coordinating translation, adaptation, and approval processes.
- Support the implementation of market research projects by coordinating internal and external processes.
- Provide translation support (EN-CN) for communications and ad-hoc tasks.
Who you are

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in health sciences, Business Administration, or English.
- You have 1-2 years of work experience or are a recent graduate; a Master's Degree and international experience are a plus.
- You possess good computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You are proficient in English and Chinese.
- You are available to travel up to 20%.
- You have good communication skills, attention to detail, a strong team spirit and accountability mindset.
