We are looking for a Commercial Operations Intern.
我们正在招聘一名商业运营实习生。
What your responsibilities will be / 主要的职责为
You will have the opportunity to:
你将有机会负责的内容有：
- Give support on data processing (data cleaning, name validation and data reconcile).
- 数据处理支持（包括数据清洗、数据核对、名单核对等）
- Collaborate on data audit (audit data submitted from Distributors in quantity, category, etc.).
- 参与协作数据审核（审核经销商提交数据的数量、品类分类等）
- Generate basic operation reports (daily reports for commercial KPIs, sub-distributor inventory and market-end operation data (sales performance)).
- 参与生成基本运营报告（商务运营KPI、分销商库存和市场终端销售业绩的日常报告）
- Support automation initiatives using internal tools (e.g., Excel, Python, Copilot) to improve reporting efficiency.
- 使用内部工具（如Excel、Python、Copilot）支持自动化工作，提升报告效率

- You are studying a Grade 4 or a Degree, Major in Business Management or Data Processing, and you are available for an Internship at least 2-3 days a week for 3-6 months.
- 大三大四在读或者已经毕业，商业管理或数据处理相关专业，可以一周工作至少2-3天，为期3-6个月
- You are used to working with Excel. Python, VBA or Copilot will be a plus.
- 熟练使用Excel，会Python、VBA或Copilot者优先
- You speak medium level of English.

- You are analytical, communicative, and proactive.
