We are looking for an Application Sales Manager to lead and manage the Grifols Diagnostics’ business/operations and the legal entity in Malaysia in accordance with local and international regulations as well as Grifols policies and procedures.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

You will have the opportunity to:

 

  • Lead, manage and develop the overall performance of the assigned territory.
  • Execute on territory business strategy (based on global vision/strategy) and ensure that these are reflected in a focused, lean, and responsive way.
  • Act as Customer Liaison between Grifols Departments and the Customer Site eg. You will implement and train new customers, organise technical reviews, upgrade Equipment or Software, Customer Data Collection and analysis at country/sector level.
  • Provide effective territory leadership and collaborate with regional associates from multiple functions to achieve sales results within yearly agreed budgets.
  • Work closely with and manage local Distributors by acting as first point of contact on behalf of Grifols. 
  • Proactively shape the country market environment, defend and improve Grifols market position by developing strong, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market assessment and collect customer needs to determine strategy for future product launches.
  • Support Grifols support services in coordinating local field services activities.
  • Participate in regional Diagnostic forums.
  • Support commercial business activities as needed including tender management, logistics, etc.
  • Develop appropriate internal controls to mitigate and prevent risks.  
  • Implement and maintain a Quality Management System & related system in accordance to corporate policies and procedures.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science.
  • You speak Malay and English.
  • You have five years’ experience in commercial operations.
  • You are communicative, goals oriented and innovative.
