The Marketing Clinical Diagnostics LATAM Manager will develop, plan, monitor and coordinate Customer Marketing actions for the Diagnostic Division in the LATAM region.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Create and implement a Customer Marketing strategy for Clinical Diagnostic for the LATAM region.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team and third-party providers to develop the Strategic Marketing Plan as well as a Regional Marketing Plan.
  • Support communication of the global value proposition for the Clinical Diagnostic business line.
  • Develop regional content and adapted promotional materials, as well as communicate and train local resources to adapt to specific needs.
  • Work with the Global Sales Training department to prepare and participate in courses related to the Clinical Diagnostic line.
  • Lead local product launch processes in coordination with other departments.
  • Plan and provide support for regional and local events for the Clinical Diagnostic line in coordination with other Marketing teams.
  • Support specific Customer Marketing requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Regional Sales Managers / Distributors / Country Manager.
  • Spend approximately 45% of the time traveling locally and internationally for customer visits and corporate events.

 

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor of Science in Biomedicine, Biology, Pharmacy or related scientific discipline. A postgraduate or master’s degree in Marketing would be a plus.
  • You have at least three years of experience working in sales or marketing in a clinical diagnostics company or healthcare.
  • You have knowledge of planning and developing a Marketing plan.
  • You speak fluent level of Spanish and English.
  • You are communicative, customer oriented, team player and results driven.
  • You have availability to travel locally and internationally.
