We are looking for a T&E (travel and entertainment) accountant to join the Finance Shared Services Center. Following our accounting standardized practices, you will be responsible for the timely processing of travel expense reports from employees and departmental P-cards, to ensure that payments are processed on time, and that all the expenditures of the organization coming from these reports are accurate and accrued in the correct period.
What your responsibilities will be
- Processing of T&E reports through Concur system following Grifols’ policies.
- Processing departmental P-cards.
- Reconciliation of credit cards movements.
- Report expenses to be paid to employees.
- Hot-line with employees about policies and use of Concur.

- Administrative studies or similar.
- Experience in a similar role.
- English: B2 is mandatory.
- Competency in T&E software (Concur, Captio…) will be valuated.
- High competency in Excel.
