Department Mission
The mission of the Sustainability Department is to champion and integrate ESG principles across all business operations. We strive to identify and manage sustainability risks and opportunities, ensuring our actions create long-term value for all stakeholders and society.
Position Description
We are looking for a Sustainability Junior Analyst, that reports to the Sustainability Analyst and the Sustainability Senior Manager. You will work in close collaboration with the entire Investor Relations (IR) and Sustainability team, playing an integral part in a range of activities.
What your responsibilities will be
As a key contributor to the sustainability team, you'll provide hands-on support for a variety of critical initiatives.
- Benchmark & Research: Conduct industrial and other benchmarking and in-depth research on relevant sustainability topics, emerging regulations, and industry trends to inform departmental strategy and support decision-making.
- Strategy Monitoring: Help track the sustainability strategy's progress, ensuring it remains current and is enhanced based on new trends, frameworks, and a changing external context.
- Reporting & Auditing: Collaborate on the annual sustainability report and contribute to the annual audit process by preparing documentation and providing data.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist in preparing materials and presentations for internal and external sustainability meetings and events.
- Ratings & Surveys: Support the completion of various sustainability surveys and ESG ratings questionnaires.
- Compliance Support: Help the team ensure compliance with sustainability-related regulations and requirements.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Environmental science, or similar field
- 3 years of experience relevant to the job description.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Solid analytical skills with a clear understanding of sustainability reporting.
- Knowledge and understanding of international sustainability ratings such as S&P Global, MSCI, and Sustainalytics.
- The ability to quickly adapt to change and solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
