The Senior Product Manager Clinical Diagnostics will develop, implement and coordinate all marketing activities (upstream and downstream) for the product line assigned according to the business plan and priorities defined in the strategic marketing plan in order to achieve company growth objectives. Be the connection between the commercial teams, global marketing and development teams. Contribute to development of strategic marketing plan to drive long term growth for the assigned product line.


What your responsibilities will be


  • You will develop required material to support sales regions in positioning and selling.
  • You will develop and implement product line strategy.
  • You will ensure alignment between product development and commercial regions with global marketing strategy for assigned product lines.
  • You will act as Voice of Customer to development teams, establishing Customer Requirements documents as needed.
  • You will drive commercial launch of new products.
  • You will act as product champion and subject matter expert for assigned product area.
  • You will coordinate of marketing events targeted to customers from more than one region: users meetings, educational activities, etc.
  • You will develop sales tools to support Commercial organizations.
  • You will monitor competitor activities and products and provide competitie analysis to the sales regions.
  • You will develop strategic marketing plan:  defining value proposition, target markets, defintion of global marketing initaitives and tactics.

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. Master’s Degree/MBA is highly recommended. Education in Molecular Biology would be preferred.
  • You bring a minimum of 5 year in a similar role, ideally within Clinical Diagnostics field.
  • You speak fluent English and/or Spanish.
  • You have integrity, showing consistency between principles, values and behaviours.
  • You are open minded, encouraging dialogue and information flow. Having the availability to perform clear presentations, convincing and inspiring credibility.
  • You have influence capacity with members of the other teams without hierarchy relation.
  • You are focus on results, effectively balancing conflicting priorities between different areas and estabilishing goals pursued to achieve them.
  • You are able to maintain a global perspective, understading the position in the global market and keeping updated on current trends.
  • You have the ability to adapt and maintain a positive perception of the environment, resistance to stress, working constructively under pressure and responding to change ambiguity.
