Mission

From the Scientific Innovation Office (SIO) at Grifols, we are looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to provide administrative and organizational support to the Chief of the Scientific Innovation Office and the SIO team.

This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by managing agendas, organizing meetings, coordinating travel and logistics, and supporting communication and documentation processes.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief of the Scientific Innovation Office and the SIO team.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and internal events (scheduling, booking rooms, preparing materials, taking minutes, following up on action points).
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support document preparation, proofreading, and internal communication in English.
  • Handle purchase requests, expense reports, and administrative workflows within Grifols systems.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Chief and other departments or external partners.
  • Maintain a structured and organized approach to all administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or assistant roles, ideally within an international or corporate environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential, Spanish is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, structured, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Flexibility for U Program: On-site

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
