The Risk Management and ESG Specialist within the procurement area plays a key role in identifying, analysing, and mitigating potential risks affecting the organisation, with a particular focus on the supply chain and purchasing processes.
What your responsibilities will be
- Promote sustainability and social responsibility initiatives, both internally and in dealings with suppliers.
- Monitor ESG performance and compliance throughout procurement processes.
- Develop ESG-related policies and procedures tailored to supplier and purchasing management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate ESG practices into procurement process.
- Maintain awareness of sector trends and regulatory developments concerning ESG and procurement.
- Facilitate ESG awareness and training sessions for employees in the procurement department.
- Monitor and report on key ESG performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities.
- Coordinate with external consultants and auditors to assess ESG compliance within the supply chain.
- Conduct regular risk assessments of procurement processes and the supply chain.
- Identify and report emerging risks in the procurement area to senior management.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all applicable ESG and procurement regulations.

- You have a degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in ESG and risk management or equivalent relevant experience.
- You have the ability to work in a team and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- You have an advanced level of English.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
