From Biopharma Quality we are looking for a Quality Control Manager who will involved in the harmonization of current Grifols QC laboratories around the world as well as in the leading start-up phase of QC units at new Grifols sites. As main project, will be involved in the setting up of Grifols Egypt’s new manufacturing site.
What your responsibilities will be
- Responsible of developing all Quality Control aspects of production, warehousing and testing in Grifols Egypt manufacturing site, and that those are compliant with Egyptian Regulation, Grifols standards and international standards.
- Ensure the implementation of all QC requirements in Grifols Egypt Manufacturing Site and prepare all required documentation related to it.
- Ensure compliance of industry quality standards, GMPs and all regulatory and safety aspects of the manufacturing site and its processes.
- Define harmonized strategies of QC planification to optimize all Grifols manufacturing QC processes.
- Define a manufacturing QC organization chart, write job descriptions. Build and manage a local manufacturing team for QC including managers and specialists.
- Interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they can perform the required tasks in the process.
- Coordinate training processes, coaching and mentoring to assure future harmonizated practices in Grifols QC sites.
- Define KPIs and ensure compliance, including management and reporting.
- Perform assigned tasks by direct Manager.

- You have a Life Sciences Degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology,…) or Engineering Degree.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as Laboratory Manager in pharmaceutical companies.
- You have a high proven knowledge of GMP and GLP environment.
- Your English is advance (C1).
- You are available to travel (approximately 40%).
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to perform and delegate tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
