What your responsibilities will be
- Responsible for monitoring the company's quality system and quality culture.
- Responsible for monitoring quality indicators and evaluating the company's quality system.
- Responsible for proposing continuous improvement measures related to the quality system.
- Monitoring quality system indicators.
- Preparation of periodic reports related to the company's quality system.
- Propose improvements in the company's processes to enhance the quality system.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions.
- Supervise the monitoring of corrective and/or preventive actions implemented within the company. Ensure their proper implementation and effectiveness.
- Responsible for drafting and/or maintaining updated corrective and/or preventive action procedures in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordination and supervision of the Quality Risk Management (QRM) process.
- Coordinate the quality risk management process both internally and globally.
- Update associated work procedures and policies.
- Periodical report to senior management on key risks identified in risk analyses.
- Participate in global working groups on Risk Analysis (QRM), sharing information on identified risks, coordinating mitigation tasks, and reviewing global policies and procedures.
- Responsible for managing and supervising Global Quality projects.
- Actively participate in global working groups (Biopharma division).
- Review new regulations, conduct global compliance assessments, and develop work plans based on the analysis of new regulations.
- Coordinate mitigation tasks to ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Responsible for monitoring subcontracted activities.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in health sciences, preferably in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical multinational environment
- Ability to work under pressure

- Assertiveness and proactiveness
- Ability to build trust and interdepartmental relationships
- Adaptability
- Advanced English and Spanish
