The mission of this role will be elevating the analytics and measurement capabilities of the team. Provide insights and reports based on quantitative and qualitative analytics and performance data to improve digital content strategies and inform actionable plans.

 

Within the Global Communications Department and collaborating with internal team members and external agencies, the Digital Content Analyst will be the bridge between social listening, data analytics and content performance and the content strategy and production teams.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

  • Synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into compelling communications and reports that are clear, concise, and suited to a variety of audiences.
    • Deliver continuous weekly/monthly performance reports of the campaigns/content published in all digital channels (owned or non-owned).
    • Develop and maintain measurement, implementation, and data visualization standards. Promote the use of agile methodologies and tools.
    • Manage internal resources and liaison with external agencies and vendors.
    • Manage analytics tools.
    • Recommendations for digital channels optimization

 

  • Support the activation of digital campaigns.
    • Research and analysis of the environment using different tools.
    • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data.
    • Help to set KPIs and provide recommendations.

 

  • Support social media content creation management and community management.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
