What your responsibilities will be
- Business Development and Plasma Affairs Support
- Help in drafting presentations, proposals, and contracts for business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies and goals.
- Assist with documentation and reporting on plasma-related activities.
- Manage administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
- Event and Travel Support
- Coordinate events such as meetings, conferences, and trade shows related to business development and plasma affairs.
- Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
- Handle event planning from venue selection to execution, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Manage travel expense reports and post-event evaluations
- Business Development and Plasma Affairs Support
- Serve as a key point of contact for correspondence, both internal and external, related to business development and plasma affairs.
- Prepare expense reports, manage invoices, and assist in other duties assigned and as needed.
- Support the manager of the department on any project needed and related

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field.
- Between 2 or 5 years of previous experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with event planning and travel coordination is preferred.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage shifting priorities. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Advanced English and Spanish

Flexible schedule: Lunes-Jueves 7-10 a 16-19h y Viernes 8-15h (con la misma flexibilidad de entrada).
