What your responsibilities will be
- Carry out joint Purchasing actions and Supply Chain Risk Mitigation activities.
- Define and maintain the Master Data Maintenance Procedures within the industrial organization of the Biopharma division.
- Define and maintain Master Data standards within the industrial organization of the Biopharma division.
- Define and maintain Purchasing Policies and Procedures within the industrial organization of the Biopharma division. This regulatory framework must meet the following requirements:
- Align business needs operational functions, identifying roles and formalizing the specific functions required within the organization.
- Ensure maximum efficiency of the Purchasing function.
- Homogenize and standardize these Purchasing processes across all companies within the Biopharma Division.
- Through coordination with the various Purchasing departments within the Division, and based on the analysis of available information, identify areas of collaboration among Purchasing units aimed at achieving savings and generally more advantageous conditions.
- Through collaboration with the Purchasing, Quality, R&D, and Production departments, and based on the analysis of available information, identify the main Supply Chain risks and implement the necessary action plans for the mitigation of these risks.
- Through collaboration with the Purchasing, Quality, R&D, Production, and IT departments, rationalize IT systems to comply with both the defined Policies and Master Data.
Who you are

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineer, or relative field.
- 5 years’ experience in operations / process excellence
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving’ skills.
- Team Player
- Capacity for innovation and generating new ideas.
- Ability to gather multiple perspectives and combine them effectively.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
