Marketing Manager Bio Supplies

You will be responsible for supporting the marketing activities of the business unit, including digital promotion channels and downstream marketing tactics, creating a complete overview of all the products the business unit can offer to increase the sales.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will contribute to marketing strategy by defining value proposition, target markets, definition of global marketing initiatives and tactics.
• You will monitor competitor activities and products and provide competitive analysis to the sales team.
• You will drive commercial launch of new products or enhanced products.
• You will develop promotional material according to business needs: brochures, advertisements, online marketing, digital marketing.
• You will create digital marketing campaigns and content to drive Bio supplies growth.
• You will be the responsible for organizing the division's participation in the congresses defined in the marketing plan.
• You will collaborate with Digital marketing team develop lead generation strategies and tactics by developing social media and search engine marketing campaigns.
• You will enhance digital experience of our customers to create inbound leads and client engagement: Work with internal marketing colleagues using the next tactics: Content Marketing; Social Media Marketing; Search Engine Optimization (SEO); Google Ads; Display and Video Advertising; Email Marketing; Website Optimization; Analytics with Google Analytics; Digital Marketing Strategy; event promotions.
• You will develop product training tools to support sales organization: sales argumentation, FAQ documents, objection handling.
• You will manage vendors (advertising, promotion) when required.

• You bring 5 years of related experience. 
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science related discipline (i.e. Biology, Pharmaceutical, Medicine, Biochemistry,).
• You hold a Master’s degree in marketing preferred.
• You have a high level of English.
• You have strong Digital marketing skills.
• You are a results-oriented person. A strong desire to develop winning marketing programs.
• You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• You bring good business judgment and the ability to work to budgets.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
