Mission
The Marketing Automation Specialist plays a key role in the Plasma Procurement Marketing Team, engaging in tasks such as crafting email campaigns and unique sends by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms to enhance the Donor journey/experience. An ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with developing, overseeing, and improving the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, particularly in executing various journeys, monitoring their success, and advising on possible advancements. The Marketing Cloud Specialist will align his work with strategic business objectives, cooperating with Business and IT, while developing and instituting delivery mechanisms to meet marketing objectives.
What your responsibilities will be
- Hands-on development of journeys on Marketing Cloud (Emails, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications)
- Audience creation
- Collaborate in the set up and maintenance of a comprehensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud infrastructure
- Involvement in the technical processes within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem
- Overseeing vendors to ensure capability delivery and campaign execution using agile methods in SFMC
- Offering insights into evolving market technologies and trends within the marketing technology domain
- Documenting processes meticulously and tracking advancements
- Working collaboratively to construct metrics reports utilizing Salesforce data
- Refining email marketing strategies through consistent A/B testing, segmentation, and customization to bolster engagement and conversions
- Contributing to a robust and scalable marketing automation framework that integrates seamlessly with disparate systems and platforms
Who you are

- A Bachelor's Information Technology, or comparable practical experience
- A minimum of five years’ direct involvement with IT/marketing resources
- Established history with Salesforce Marketing Cloud functions
- Knowledge of digital omnichannel approaches supporting marketing and sales entities
- Proficiency with SQL and AMPscript languages
- Familiarity with analytical tools used for gauging and reporting on marketing campaign performance
- Experience with agile practices
- History of collaboration with dispersed team members
- Background in navigating a complex, multi-discipline, collaborative matrix organization
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous exposure to industries such as pharmaceuticals or biotechnology
- Certification in Salesforce
- Strong capabilities in business analysis, problem resolution, and follow-up
- Expertise in handling numerous projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines
- Experience in working with international teams
