Grifols International SA, as a part of Grifols Holding, is looking for a Logistics Analyst EMEA, who will be responsible and accountable for managing Blood Donor Screening (BDS) within the Diagnostics Division of finished goods inventory, encompassing reagents, consumables, instruments, and spare parts, as well as packaging inventory across the entire EMEA region.

 

Will be the primary contact with suppliers (internal and external) and the rest of the Supply Chain team (Customer Service, Regional Demand planning and Global Demand planning), on all issues related to the effective management of finished goods inventory for the Grifols Diagnostics Blood Donor Screening EMEA Region.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

  • Responsible and accountable for managing Blood Donor Screening (BDS) finished goods inventory, encompassing reagents, consumables, instruments and spare parts. 
    Ensure the highest level of performance and accuracy on the Import and Inventory Control processes, for BDS reagents, consumables, instruments, and spare parts, as well as packaging inventory.
    Follow up batches’ allocation, quantities, and shipment planning (flight/sea configurations.
     
  • Responsible for driving the import activities of mentioned materials, and all the activities related to the inventory management.
    Manage returns from customers and give clear instructions to the 3PL to book returned materials.
    Perform monthly stock Reconciliation SAP vs 3PL warehouse system.
    Ad-hoc stock adjustments to guarantee the optimal inventory accuracy. 
    3PL Cycle counts monitoring. 
    Physical Stock Counts management.

 

  • Be the primary contact with suppliers (internal and external), 3PL warehouse, Technical Service and Quality. 
    Generate purchase orders of packaging materials to external vendors. And monitor inbound shipments of packaging materials.
    Bulk containers for inbound shipments (MTS) rotation returns and stock control, outbound shipments documents generation and follow-up.
    Vendor Invoice verification (tracking and approval).
    Coordinate process of handling Instrument recertification and Spare parts returns and refurbishments (including interface with the 3PL warehouse, QA, and Technical Service).
    Generate and report monthly accruals to Finance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within Supply Chain/Logistic in a global environtment.
  • Excellent Supply Chain skills.
  • Ability to thrive in detail-oriented environment.
  • Experience with SAP, or equivalent ERP system, specifically SD/MM/PP modules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in current version of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledgeable of GMP and ISO is an asset.
