We are looking for an Instrumentation Specialist as part of the Global Response Team supporting the analytical procedures, methods, and/or processes related to new, existing or revised Instrumentation and Systems products distributed and supported by Grifols.  


What your responsibilities will be


You will have the opportunity to:


  • Setup and provide training to the Field Service Engineers on Grifols Instruments.
  • Provide Level 2 support to all Qualify Field Service Engineers and Technical Application Specialist including Grifols and distributors members remotely and on customer site. 
  • Provide Technical Proficiency Assessment to field personnel.
  • Provide expertise for Instrumentation and Systems investigations of escalated field issues to identify the root cause and assess the product impact by the potential defects. Determine immediate and long-term resolution options.
  • Escalate issues and trends observed in the field to manufacturer in order to improve equipment reliability.
  • Work with GRT to develop and implement systems for streamlining Instrumentation and Systems escalation investigation in order to comply with complaint investigation closure metrics.
  • Oversee regional personnel performing Grifols’ Instrument recertification. 
  • Work with Quality department to reduce investigation time and closure.
  • Work effectively with Global Response Team Members to contribute to building a network of internal and external collaborators with appropriate product expertise.
  • Facilitate the development and update of supporting materials for product engineering change activities.
  • Cooperate in the maintenance activities of the training center.

Who you are


  • You have a Engineering Degree.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in similar tasks.
  • You speak fluent English.
  • You have availability to travel.
  • You are very communicative, team player and proactive.
