The Grifols Corporate Internal Audit department provides the Audit Committee and the business units, independent assurance and consulting services that are focused to improve the quality and effectiveness of the governance, risk management and internal controls of the organization.

 

Reporting to the Chief of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management, the IT Auditor will be responsible for conducting global audit projects across all areas of the three different Grifols’ main Business’ Divisions: Bioscience, Diagnostic and Hospital.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

  • You will participate in the project planning, making suggestions and proposals, and contributing in the establishment of realistic deadlines.
  • You will assess processes, information and data based on business risks.
  • You will collect and understand data by collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • You will design and execute tests to analyze processes and data, verify results and report conclusions.
  • You will locate and define new process improvement opportunities focusing in improving business efficiency and in the mitigation of business risks.
  • You will identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and provide ongoing reports.
  • You will review the quality of data and assess that the information is aligned with the applicable policies and procedures as well as other external regulations.
  • You will assess the security of information systems that support data.

 

Who you are

 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in business economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
  • You provide experience as data analyst or IT risk and/or IT audit functions.
  • You have a High level of English and Spanish. 
  • You have experience in understanding, processing and analyzing processes, systems and data. Knowledge on SAP and/or other ERP systems will be positively valued.
  • You have experience in using data analytics tools (e.g. ACL, IDEA, SAS, Excel, Access, SQL, etc.…).
  • You have experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, etc.…).
  • You have knowledge of frameworks and experience in the analysis of cybersecurity environments.
  • You are responsible and methodic, with analytical capabilities, willingness to learn and dynamic.
  • You have a travel availability up to 30% both domestically and internationally.
