The Human Resources department requires the incorporation of an HR Controller:


Your responsibilities will be:


  • Develop and analyze budgetary processes related to HR department expenses.
  • Provide monthly reports on budget versus actual versus previous year and ad hoc variance analysis.
  • Respond to requests for labor cost reporting, as well as the accounting process of the same.
  • Perform SOX controls and act as the HR point of contact to respond to external audit requests.
  • Coordinate integration processes of various HR areas of recently acquired companies and prepare the requested information for Due Diligence processes.

  • You have a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
  • You bring 5-10 years of experience in Controlling.
  • You have knowledge of SAP Finance.
  • You have advanced skills in office software: MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • You have an advanced level of English (B2.2).
  • You are an analytical, organized person with good communication skills.
