What your responsibilities will be

 

  • Develop HEOR strategy in support of Grifols Diagnostics products addressing the needs for price negotiation and reimbursement within the European and US organizations.
  • Coordinate and develop US and EU device-product dossiers and other reimbursement-supportive materials based on economic assessments and global needs. 
  • Develop (or adapt) device/economic models in response to organizational needs.
  • Define/develop the HEOR Plan with the recommendation and implementation of outcomes studies that establish the economic and humanistic value of Grifols’ products, ensuring the availability of necessary data to support the value proposition of our products.
  • Effectively work within a cross-functional team to collaborate, contribute and develop strategies and programs.
  • Provide leadership and serve as the primary point of contact for operational/executional requests and solutions for your therapeutic area.
  • Conduct outcomes research to a level such that results are suitable for presentation at scientific meetings and/or publication in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Effectively communicate economic and value messages to internal and external stakeholders through presentations of outcomes research at medical meetings.
  • Utilize established expertise in the design, conduct, and interpretation of outcomes research studies.

 

Who you are

 

  • MD, PhD or PharmD degree in health economics, pharmacy administration, epidemiology, public health or equivalent.
  • You have three to five years of experience in device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or health outcomes research plus fellowship and/or business degree is highly desirable.
  • High level proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams both internal and external to the company.
  • Working knowledge of reimbursement processes for devices primarily in the US as well as major international markets.
  • Exceptional project management skills and an ability to work independently.
