We are looking for a Specialist to join Operational Excellence department within Global Supply Chain Division at Grifols International SA.

 

The role mission will be to support the continuous improvement and optimization of business processes across global subsidiaries.The Operational Excellence Specialist will facilitate and monitor the implementation of initiatives and projects by providing training and technical support. Fosters the innovation and promotes a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration and effective change management.

 

 

What your responsibilities will be

  • Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
    1. Identify and propose process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    2. Support the implementation of standardized solutions & initiatives across subsidiaries.
    3. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training and engagement.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and monitor performance metrics.
  • Project Support & Execution:
    1. Assist in planning and executing global supply chain optimization projects.
    2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
    3. Support the harmonization of processes across regions and business units.

  • IT & Digital Transformation Liaison:
    1. Act as a liasion between operational teams and IT to ensure business needs are met with scalable solutions.
    2. Consolidate and prioritize development requests from local and regional teams.
    3. Support the adoption of digital tools and systems that enhance supply chain performance.

  • Change Management & Training:
    1. Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
    2. Deliver training and support to local teams on process optimization tools and methodologies.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or similar). To have specific training in the Supply Chain area is highly valued.
  • You have at least 2 - 5 years of experience in process improvement, supply chain or operational excellence roles. Experience in multinational or matrixed environments preferred.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level) are essential. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in multicultural teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to build credibility with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Expert in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, SAP ERP.
  • Understanding of the digital projects strategies and environment.   
  • Be available to travel occasionally.
