Manage, optimize, and support the CRM (Service Max / Sales Force) platform for the Diagnostics area, to strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, institutional clients, and distributors.
What your responsibilities will be
- You will manage and maintain the Sales Force Service Max CRM platform.
- You will coordinate requirements gathering with sales, access, marketing, and technical support departments.
- You will support workflows and reports for tracking interactions, medical visits, and technical support activities.
- You will support regulatory compliance and quality management.
- You will assist in obtaining KPIs.
- You will train technical and sales support teams in the use of the CRM.
- You will work in collaboration with IT and other digital areas to integrate the CRM with platforms.
- You will optimize CRM functions.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Digital Technology, Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Advanced English level – Necessary.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in CRM (Necessary Salesforce and Service Max), highly valued in the pharmaceutical or clinical diagnostics sector.
- Excellent communication skills, data analysis, customer focus, and a focus on improving technological tools.
