Grifols International S.A. is seeking a CRM Data Analytics Trainee to join our CRM team, contributing to data‑driven initiatives that enhance service efficiency, decision‑making and CRM data quality across the organization.
What your responsibilities will be
- Analyze service and sales data from Salesforce and ServiceMax under senior guidance.
- Build and maintain dashboards to assess installed base performance and identify service‑to‑sales opportunities.
- Prepare data‑based reports for Sales and Service teams.
- Identify and correct data quality issues, including duplicates, missing entries and structural inconsistencies.
- Support the development of a CRM Data Quality Index by region.
- Analyze operational indicators, such as repeat technical service visits, spare parts usage and SLA compliance.
- Prepare performance summaries for field engineer reviews.
- Detect potential process gaps based on data patterns and trends.
- Learn and apply basic Python scripting for analytical tasks.
- Integrate analytical outputs into CRM dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate closely with IT and the CRM team on structured, well‑defined tasks.

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Big Data, Data Analytics or related fields (Engineering, Business Administration, Bioinformatics).
- Advanced English level.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to understand stakeholder needs, interpret results and propose improvements.
- Passion for databases and data‑driven problem solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Valuable knowledge of Power BI and Python.
- A proactive, motivated and detail‑oriented mindset, with critical thinking, empathy, assertiveness and autonomy.
