Role Mission
Integrated within the Global Supply Chain, the International Customer Service team plays a key role in ensuring customer fulfillment for both Grifols’ own manufactured products and third-party products distributed within the Diagnostic & Healthcare Solutions portfolio.
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Coordinator is to efficiently and accurately manage tasks related to order processing for international distributors of Diagnostic & Healthcare Solutions, third-party customers, and replenishment orders for Grifols subsidiaries.
What your responsibilities will be
- Review incoming orders to ensure compliance with internal policies and process them in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries swiftly and efficiently to meet expectations.
- Provide clear and timely feedback to keep customers (distributors and affiliates) fully informed.
- Prepare regular status reports for customers and monitor stock availability.
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to update them of order status and ensure timely product delivery.
- Identify and resolve issues whenever possible or escalate them to the appropriate teams.
- Provide instructions to logistics and export teams to coordinate order shipments.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Accurately process requests from customers and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Escalate any complex issues to the line manager for guidance.

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level) are essential.
- SAP proficiency at user level is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Required to exhibit a proactive approach, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels within a team-oriented environment.
- Highly self-motivated, demonstrating a strong work ethic and sound judgment in decision-making.
