We are looking for a Clinical Affairs Director, in Clinical Trials of the IVD Division Worlwide.


What are your Responsabilities


  • You will define the strategy, process and global plans of the IVD clinical studies in multiple geographic regions.
  • You will oversee project, the clinical plan milestones, manage global clinical budgets and develop metrics, tools and techniques. 
  • You will collaborate and provide direction and guidance to the team of clinical staff and managers and other cross functional teams for the execution of the clinical trials and the decision taking for complex issues to ensure accomplishing of Group goals and objectives.
  • You will mentor, coach and conduct performance reviews and personal training and management.
  • You will check the content of the by talking to scientific expert, regulatory, clinical data/biostatician and will review and approve the clinical study reports.
  • You oversees effective project management of clinical budget, forecasting and resourcing. 
  • You will be in charge of the selection and negotiation of service providers and Hospitals.
  • You will check that a efficient and compliant process is in place for management of clinical trials.


Who you are


  • You have a degree specialised in health sciences or engineering.
  • You have more than 5 years of experience.
  • You have availability to travel.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • You have communication skills, you are used to working in an international environment and you like innovation.
