We are looking for a Chemical Regulatory Specialist to join Diagnostic Regulatory Affairs department. Specifically, you will be part of the Regulatory Operations team, a group dedicated to supporting other regulatory affairs teams and harmonizing regulatory processes across the department.
Role Mission
Ensure compliance with chemical regulations by managing SDS documentation, performing hazard classifications, and supporting internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes implementing EU and international standards and maintaining SOPs.
What your responsibilities will be
- Maintain updated SDS documentation for all relevant products.
- Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance with EU and international standards.
- Control versioning and distribution of SDSs across internal systems.
- Apply EU regulations (REACH, CLP) and global standards (GHS, OSHAS).
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on product compliance.
- Provide regulatory information to internal teams and customers.
- Draft and manage SOPs related to chemical safety and complia.

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or similar.
- Preferably 2 years of related technical and/or regulatory experience in pharmaceutical industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Highly valuable to have prior experience in REACH, GHS or equivalent chemical regulations.
- Advanced level of English.
- User of Microsoft Office tools.
- You are meticulous and detail-oriented.
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as initiative and results orientation.
What we offer
Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
