Grifols International S.A. is seeking a Trainee to join our CTS Technical Documentation & Training area.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

  • You will participate in a structured project aimed at improving data consistency across customer and distributor databases within CTS systems.
  • You will gain hands-on experience in regulated environments, supporting the analysis, validation, and alignment of data between platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and SharePoint.
  • In addition, you will have the opportunity to support the Technical Documentation and Training teams in selected operational activities, allowing exposure to document management processes, customer portal publishing, and training coordination tasks within an international and regulated environment. 
  • This role offers learning opportunities in data quality management, cross-functional collaboration, and training-process alignment, working closely with Technical Documentation, Training and Quality teams in an international environment.

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration or Business Management, preferably.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • You consider yourself a proactive person, eager to learn, motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Advanced in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
