Business Optimization and Innovation Sr. Manager is responsible for immediate impact on the Business Optimization department productivity by streamlining department initiatives, implementing tools and methodologies for that purpose and to ease department communication and alignment. This role will contribute together with the Sr. Dir. Business Optimization to oversight the achievement of the goals for each of the Business Optimization department.

 

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

Oversee Business Optimization initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and Business Optimization department leaders. 

Assist and communicate with directors in decision-making, initiatives management and implementation.

Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them

Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures within the department for efficiency and productivity

Establish tools and technology to enhance the Business Optimization know-how and communication by proactively seek new methodologies and tools and transform to deliver proposals in different ways and in different circumstances

Overview of the KPIs and what is the impact of the Business Optimization department initiatives on them

Participate in Budget processes for Capex and cost department and track department cost actual vs budget, identifying cost saving opportunities.

Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with Sr. Dir. Business Optimization and other Directors on special projects

Create direct strategic relationships with senior decision makers

Track department initiative performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Look for potential global partnerships and start up externally for innovative products.

Attend to innovation conventions, congresses, forums to seek for new technology and tools that can contribute to our growth.

Designs documents and analytical tools that assist Business Optimization members, and the management team with reports to easily comprehend the data, such as dashboards, statistics, graphs, images, and lists

Participate in leadership meetings and gather data to create complex presentations as needed

  • 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years proven working experience in one of these areas: Consulting, transformation, Strategy office, Big data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and professional skills 
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power BI, Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, One Note, etc) 
  • Marketing and digital experience are a plus 
  • Spanish speaker preferred
  • Advance Level of English
  • Travel is required
