Your role mission: Ensure clear, consistent and aligned internal communication within the Dx Business Unit, fostering organizational culture, cross-functional collaboration, and team engagement. This role also acts as a driver of alignment and internal cohesion, supporting cross-functional programs related to recognition, development, talent, and engagement, as well as the overall coordination of internal events and processes.
What your responsibilities will be
1. Internal Communication Function:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal communication within the Dx BU, ensuring consistency between internal and external communications.
- Manage and update content in Dx Cosmos (or equivalent tools), ensuring global alignment across different areas of the organization.
- Coordinate communication tools and corporate newsletters to avoid duplication and ensure clarity of information.
- Create and maintain a structured internal database that includes: business updates subject to approval, market launches, R&D developments and existing newsletters and internal communications.
- Develop and maintain the Dx BU project communication calendar, based on the PMO calendar and available tools.
- Identify project lifecycle milestones as triggers for internal communication.
- Coordinate meetings, internal gatherings, and events such as Dx Hour, seminars, or conferences, managing all planning aspects (venue, logistics, agenda, and execution).
- Provide support to the department manager on any related projects as required.
2. Alignment Specialist Function:
- Organize and coordinate teambuilding events, including the Dx Excellence Awards and other internal gatherings, covering communication, logistics, and execution.
- Analyze data and support engagement and organizational climate initiatives.
- Support programs related to recognition, development, growth, and talent within the Dx BU.
- Prepare reports related to recognition, talent, and professional growth programs.
- Support HR in: climate surveys, objective setting/management, processes in SuccessFactors, in coordination with Corporate HR.
- Collaborate in the development and consolidation of talent processes within the Dx organization.
- Assist in the documentation, reporting, and tracking of internal activities.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases, including updating the Dx BU EC Balanced Scorecard.
- Provide support for events and travel: end-to-end coordination of meetings, conferences and Dx BU-related activities, travel management (flights, accommodation and transportation), full event execution, from venue selection to final logistical closure.
- Provide support to the department manager on any related projects as needed.
Who you are

- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in an HR, valorating in similar area/rol.
- You have high level working with MS Office.
- Knowledge of or experience with SAP or similar management software will be considered an advantage.
- You have Advanced level of English.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
