We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will also give support as a Technical Applications Specialist in our Diagnostic Business Unit.
What your responsibilities will be
You will have the opportunity to:
- Sell Grifols transfusion medicine and systems to all Blood Transfusion Centers and hospital laboratories in the territory.
- Provide customers with the technical and commercial expertise which is crucial to identify, develop, promote and finalize customized value propositions consistent with the Company strategies and goals.
- Serve as a liaison to all other internal departments in interactions with end users in order to resolve customer complaints and plan resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage all administrative processes needed to complete the sales cycle including compliance with all local rules and regulations as well as all company procedures and policies
- Prepare the technical and economic elements of tenders.
- Closely monitor and report competitive activities at sales area level in order to bring in market intelligence and customer knowledge.
- Ensure that the profitability meets the required financial benchmarks (percent contribution margin, minimum selling price) on a per account basis and also holds value over time
- Adhere to procedures and protocols outlined by the Grifols DxCTS organization and Grifols Organization.
- Perform site workflow analysis.
- Be involved in New Product Launches.
Who you are

- You have a University Degree in Biology, preferably Health Science.
- You have been working at least 2 years with medical devices, from a Sales role.
- You speak fluent English and Czech.
- You have a driving license and availability to travel around Czech Republic.
- You are communicative, team player and proactive.
