Driver and Warehouse Operator (3-Month Temporary Contract)
Role purpose:
Performing logistic operations in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice: receiving, storage and transportation of medicines, plasma, medical devices and other materials.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
1) Distribution of medicines, medical devices and other materials and transport of plasma from medical facilities according to valid standard operating procedures.
2) Temperature control during the transport of plasma, pharmaceuticals and medical devices and its registration according to valid standard operating procedures.
3) Regular inspections of the entrusted vehicle and freezer equipment according to valid standard operating procedures.
4) Receipt of goods from the supplier, their inspection and storage in the warehouse according to valid standard operating procedures.
5) Receiving orders from customers, processing them and preparing goods for distribution according to valid standard operating procedures.
6) Ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP requirements and other quality systems in the distribution and storage of medicinal products and medical devices.
7) Ensuring compliance with the hygienic regime, sanitation and cleaning of storage areas and means of transport according to the relevant regulation of Grifols s.r.o.
8) Ensuring compliance with warehouse safety.
