Grifols S.A. is seeking a Trainee to support the IT Validations area by developing AI use cases that improve documentation, quality, and process automation.
What your responsibilities will be:
- Support the creation of AI and LLM‑based use cases to optimize validation processes.
- Develop small prototypes using corporate Microsoft/Azure tools (Azure OpenAI, M365 Copilot, etc.).
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation or efficiency gains.
- Document results and collaborate with validation and IT teams.
Who you are
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. - You are a Bachelor's or Master's student in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, etc.
- Academic exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Familiarity with Microsoft/Azure AI tools is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge about Artifical Intelligence and other innovative technologies will be valued.
- Interest in enterprise AI solutions, data analytics, and model validation frameworks.
- You have a level of English of at least a B2.
- Nice to have: Interest in validation, quality, or GxP processes. Basic Python or scripting skills.
