Role Mission

Lead, plan, and control all activities related to the production of freeze-dried products manufactured by Instituto Grifols, S.A., in accordance with the schedule and standards set by management, to achieve the required production levels under optimal time and quality conditions.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will participate in data analysis to promote and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will contribute to root cause identification and justification of results.
• You will propose corrective and/or preventive actions and monitor their implementation.
• You will collaborate with the various departments of the manufacturing division to determine needs and implement process and facility improvements.
• You will propose improvements in the division and participate in both their monitoring and implementation (change controls).
• You will support the various teams and serve as a liaison to enhance local and international communication.
• You will unify and standardize procedures, monitoring, and documentation for the manufacturing division.
• You will interact with multidisciplinary work teams to meet objectives within established deadlines.
• You will prepare the monitoring and documentation necessary for the division and ensure it is harmonized across all departments.

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Health Sciences. A master's or postgraduate degree related to manufacturing, continuous improvement, statistical analysis, and/or the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
• You have proven knowledge and experience in data analysis, preferably within the research sector, whether public or private.
• Advanced level of English – C1. (Necessary).
• You define yourself as a curious person with strong analytical and synthesis skills, oriented toward proposing data-driven solutions and, ultimately, continuous improvement.
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
