Role Mission

 

Design, develop, and continuously enhance the organization's technology solutions, ensuring the effective implementation of new functionalities, high code quality through unit and integration testing, and the efficient resolution of incidents. The role contributes to the success of projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying Agile methodologies, and driving the continuous improvement of products, systems, and software development processes.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

  • Create and enhance features that have a direct impact on our products and end users.
  • Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.
  • Solve technical challenges and continuously optimize existing applications.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business, and Technology teams in an Agile environment.
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, contributing ideas and continuous improvements to project delivery.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge to foster team learning and technical excellence.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, tools, and technology products.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in software development using Java (Mandatory).
  • B2 level of English or higher, with the ability to work effectively in an international professional environment.
  • Knowledge of Backend application development.
  • Experience performing unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in collaborative development environments.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket.
  • Experience with, or interest in, continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of artifact repository management tools such as Artifactory.
  • Experience with C++ development is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Jama and LSQM is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in Agile and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to building high-quality software solutions, with Agile/Scrum certifications considered a plus.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 - 17:00h and Friday 8-15h. (flexible start time between 7-10 and flexible end time between 16-19h) and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible time).
