Role Mission
The Senior Manager is focused on helping to provide the most adequate solutions so that the correspondent business areas are able to reach a high degree of competitiveness within their market. This role provides support in specific technology delivery areas by assessing business requirements, directing the design of service delivery methods, managing the implementation of solutions, or developing new models to continually enhance service offerings and anticipate future needs. Supports and serves in a leadership role within IT and supports the IT organization in executing operational activities as well as developing global IT strategic and tactical plans.
What your responsibilities will be
- Act as a strategic partner between IT and business functions, ensuring technology initiatives align with organizational goals and priorities.
- Lead the planning, delivery, and governance of complex IT projects, ensuring quality, compliance, budget, and timeline objectives are achieved.
- Manage and prioritize the IT project portfolio, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for value creation.
- Drive continuous improvement of IT processes, services, and operational capabilities to enhance efficiency and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements across all IT activities.
- Oversee IT service delivery and operational performance, ensuring reliable and sustainable support for business operations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and external vendors to optimize costs and maximize business value.
- Identify and promote innovative technologies and industry best practices to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across global IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, supporting talent growth and organizational success.
- Advise leadership on technology, operational, and compliance risks, driving effective mitigation strategies.
- Support organizational change and user adoption of new technologies through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced level of English and expert/native proficiency in Spanish.
- Proven experience in IT service delivery, IT operating models, and enterprise-wide systems management.
- Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies and best practices.
- Solid experience in process improvement, process analysis, and business process modeling.
- Strong understanding of risk management, requirements management, testing, and traceability methodologies.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning within an IT environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing external service providers and vendor relationships.
- Proven ability to lead global and cross-functional teams in complex, international environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and business alignment capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, coaching, and people development skills.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong networking, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities across business and IT functions.
- High level of accountability, ownership, and results orientation.

Experience working in regulated environments and ensuring compliance with quality, governance, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
