Role Mission
The Senior Category Specialist - HR Procurement and Other Corporate Services will be responsible for supporting the definition and implementation of the procurement strategy for the Human Resources and Other Corporate Services category, driving strategic sourcing initiatives that maximize value, optimize costs, mitigate risks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services across the organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers, this role will drive supplier performance, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business priorities and procurement policies.
What your responsibilities will be
- Support the definition and implementation of category strategies for Human Resources and Other Corporate Services, ensuring procurement initiatives are aligned with business objectives and long-term organizational needs.
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing processes, including market analysis, RFI/RFP/RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers, driving supplier performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contractual terms to optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring service quality and business continuity.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through spend analysis, supplier consolidation, and sourcing strategies.
- Partner closely with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into procurement solutions.
- Assess and mitigate supplier, commercial, and operational risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and governance routines, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives where required.
- Support procurement transformation initiatives, promoting process standardization, digitalization, and procurement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, quality standards, and sustainability objectives.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English (essential).
- At least 5 years of experience supporting the definition and implementation of category strategies for indirect categories, preferably within Human Resources and Other Corporate Services.
- Experience performing spend analysis, supplier evaluation and category planning.
- Experience working within multinational and matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into sourcing strategies and business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to influence without direct authority.
