- Basic Programming Skills
- Knowledge of Python (preferred) and basic SQL.
- Ability to manipulate and process data (e.g., pandas, simple scripting, automation).
- Data & Database Fundamentals
- Understanding of data models, ETL/ELT concepts, and data structures (tables, joins, keys).
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
- Data Processing & Integration
- Interest or initial experience in data ingestion (APIs, files, SAP, etc.).
- Basic understanding of data pipelines and transformation processes.
- Tools & Technology Environment
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Fabric, Data Factory, Databricks, or version control (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Soft Skills & Mindset
- Ability to collaborate with business and analytics teams.
