Mission

 

The focus of an SAP Production&Planning Analyst is to actively facilitate work between business and IT groups to translate, manage, and prioritize requirements and enable creation of value-added IT solutions. For this reason, they need to deeply understand the business environment and processes of the business area being supported.

 

The SAP Production&Planning Analyst must also understand external influences on the business organization, such as competitors, regulatory requirements, best in class practices and economic factors.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

  • Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP Planning best practices, standards, and governance across planning processes and solutions.
  • Participate in IT projects related to SAP Planning implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute actively to projects executed under both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Support and lead planning-related initiatives by gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into effective SAP Planning solutions.
  • Perform end-to-end Planning activities within SAP, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that delivered solutions meet business requirements and comply with defined standards.
  • Develop and deliver user training sessions, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities to facilitate adoption of new functionalities and planning processes.
  • Provide functional and technical support to end users in their daily operations, troubleshooting issues and ensuring an efficient and reliable planning environment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement within SAP Planning solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and data quality, proactively identifying risks, issues, and enhancement opportunities to maximize business value.

  • Degree in Mathematics, IT Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or similar.
  • You have at least 2-3 year of experience in a similar role, working in projects of SAP for production planning. Valuable experience in GXP environments.
  • Availability to travel based on business needs. 

 

Required Skills

 

  • Functional knowledge of SAP PP.
  • Being able to generate functional specifications for projects or enhancements. 
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Team work player.

 

Desired skills

 

  • S4H knowledge
  • Basic functional knowledge of SD, MM, WM, PP/DS.
  • IBP planning cycle knowledge.
  • SAP configuration & customizing knowlegde.
  • Technical troubleshooting & incident resolution.
  • Integration architecture knowledge. 
  • Results oriented.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
