Mision
We are looking for a SAP HR consultant to reinforce our SAP HR group and to support SAP Success Factors solution as well as our SAP HCM legacy solution.
The new resource will work with clients to understand their needs, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support. This role requires HR expertise, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Your Responsibilities Will be:
- Strategic vision and Application roadmap ownership: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy for HR tools.
- Project Management: Manage SSFF deployments (Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central, LMS, other) leading project teams and ensuring timely and successful delivery as well as H4S4 deployment.
- Operational excellence: Oversee the administration, development, and support of the SAP HCM systems.
- Business engagement: Collaborate with HR leaders to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Risk management and compliance: Work with our internal governance team to ensure enterprise applications comply with SOX and meet internal control requirements. Oversee risk management processes to identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with applications and database systems. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of all HCM solutions.
- Product Management: Act as the product manager for HCM solutions, ensuring cohesive integration and functionality.

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in IT HCM consulting.
- Proven experience with SAP HCM and Success Factors.
- Proven experience on senior stakeholder interactions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with other executives, stakeholders and teams across the organization, especially the HR teams stakeholders, and to influence people to achieve common goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability for prioritization of the needs of our business and its internal customers within HR. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance user satisfaction and business value.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on findings
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM on-premise modules, including Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Proven experience integrating SAP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors (SSFF).
- Participation in S/4HANA or H4S4 conversion projects, with a focus on HR systems.
- Practical knowledge of cloud-based SuccessFactors modules: Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, Employee Central, and LMS.
- Experience working for a global organization, preferably in HR application landscapes.
- PMP or similar project management certification.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
