That’s why we need an SAP Basis & BTP Technical Lead like you; expert in RISE and SAP BASIS/SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Administration.
Role Mission
Serve as the technical lead for SAP Basis and SAP BTP, ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing SAP environments. Support the SAP RISE transformation with S/4HANA through expert technical consulting, solution design, and system optimization. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure reliable SAP operations, drive continuous improvement, and resolve complex technical issues across the entire environment.
What your responsibilities will be
- Provide technical expertise in the SAP RISE with S/4HANA transformation journey.
- Act as technical authority on SAP Basis and SAP BTP, defining best practices and guiding technical decisions.
- Support the evolution of the SAP operating model, ensuring a smooth transition to SAP RISE administration.
- Contribute to the stability, performance, and reliability of SAP landscapes across complex environments.
- Collaborate with SAP teams and stakeholders, providing expert technical guidance on SAP Basis and SAP BTP topics.
- Design, implement, and optimize high-performance SAP Basis and BTP solutions.
- Ensure SAP systems are maintained according to best practices, including upgrades, installations, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across SAP landscapes in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure SAP environments meet security, compliance, and audit requirements in line with internal and external standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in system performance, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis and SAP BTP administration.
- Proven experience in SAP RISE environments and SAP RISE migration projects. (Required)
- Strong expertise in SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and Linux (Red Hat), preferably with high availability solutions (e.g., Pacemaker).
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, including Fiori, Embedded Gateway, and technical conversions.
- Strong experience in SAP system performance, monitoring, and optimization.
- Solid troubleshooting skills in complex SAP technical landscapes.
- Understanding of SAP security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
