At Grifols SA, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager, reporting directly to the company's Senior Real Estate Manager, responsible for managing all properties at both the national and international levels. 

 

What your responsibilities will be 

  • You will manage and oversee the real estate property portfolio, including cost negotiations, contract monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date information in the database.
  • You will negotiate lease contracts and renegotiations.
  • You will identify real estate opportunities.
  • You will foster strong relationships between internal stakeholders, Landlords & Brokers.
  • You will oversee the administration and management of real estate assets.
  • You will be responsible for the strategic planning of the property portfolio to ensure company objectives are met.
  • You will optimize space utilization.
  • You will monitor properties across international subsidiaries.

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • You have 5-10 years of experience in a similar position within Corporate Real Estate and/or Real Estate Consulting.
  • You have an advanced English and Spanish level.
  • You are a proactive and goal-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset.
  • You are highly organized, capable of multitasking and provide effective follow-up.
  • You have availability to travel internationally.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time)
