We are looking for a Project Management Technician. The primary role of the project management technician is to plan, coordinate and implement the projects related to Supply Chain activity. This role serves as the key liaison for the overall Supply Chain community and the IT applications department when it comes to deploy improvement projects.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

You will have the opportunity to:

 

  • Coordinate with other organizational areas / departments the development and implementation of the new solutions established.
  • Keep informed all the stakeholders of the project about the milestones of the project.
  • Propose organization, quality and safety improvements in order to ensure the continuous enhancement in the processes developed in the Supply Chain organization.
  • Consolidate all development requests from local/regional/global teams, apply global scope and priorate them.
  • Combine deep knowledge of Supply Chain processes at user level, with relevant expertise in technologies and systems architectures supporting the business.
  • Communicate the business requirements to IT applications community.
  • Advice the key users community in each team (Local / regional / global) in terms of processes and SAP transaction.

 

Who you are

  • You have a University MSc in supply chain management, business administration, engineering or a related field. 
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • You speak a fluent level of English.
  • You are expert in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office or SAP ERP.
  • You work well under pressure and have proactivity, organizational skills and work in team.

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.

Benefits package.

Contract of Employment: Permanent position.
