Product Development Engineer

What your responsibilities will be:

• You will oversee the instrument design team while providing 3rd level technical support to the Support Organization.
• You will collaborate with Product Managers, Support managers, and other cross-functional organizations to drive goals and define serviceability requirements for new product development.
• You will work collaboratively with the Support and other cross-functional Organizations for product and process improvements.
• In partnership with Product Managers and R&D, you will help develop and execute testing to obtain valuable insights for our product development process.
• You will collaborate with the support organization to identify areas for improvement and update current documentation and trainings.

• Previous experience in product development and/or third level technical support.

• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Good negotiation, conflict management, and resolution skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
