That’s why we need a Product Development & Support IH Specialist like you at Diagnostic Grifols S.A.
What your responsibilities will be
- 3rd level support of IH products:
- Investigating the scenarios described by application technical specialists who are in contact with the customer. You will resolve and respond to their questions and inquiries.
- Work with application technical specialists on new feature rollouts and resolving customer-impacting issues.
- Offer scientific support and respond to questions from the support team.
- Provide to sales team the info needed to support tender applications.
- Designing and writing technical information for application technical specialists and conducting training courses on the portfolio.
- Learn about the products and how community members use them.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and expand product line expertise.
- Provide data and insights to marketing and support teams.
- Tracking the defined strategy for system products, collaborating with Product Managers to drive the established objectives for new products, ensuring that the customer's voice is a key input in decision-making.
- Collaborate in the writing an revision of the labelling for current and future products in the portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze issue reports to prioritize feedback and product deficiencies.
Who you are
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. - You have 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry being a plus.
- Knowledge on donor screening and/or immunohaematology will be a plus.
- You have an advanced English level (C1.1).
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- You excel in teamwork and possess excellent communication skills.
- You have a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or related field.
