Mission
The Procurement Site Leader is the authority within the purchasing department for the site. Is responsible for developing and overseeing the long-term strategy of the site, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
To develop and implement the long-term procurement strategy for the site, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic.
What your responsibilities will be
- Strategic planning and execution of procurement activities, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Align site procurement activities with overall business objectives, ensuring coherence and synergy with other departments.
- Lead and mentor the site procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Budget management and cost control, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Identify and implement procurement best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and performance.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- Supplier relationship management, fostering partnerships that drive innovation and value.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of procurement activities with overall business strategies

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Procurement within the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or a similar regulated industry.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve operational and supply-related challenges within a factory environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal functions and external suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
