For Material Planning department of Instituto Grifols SA, a company specialized in the research, development, and production of purified plasma proteins with therapeutic properties obtained from the fractionation of human plasma, there is a need for the incorporation of a Material Planning Specialist.
What your responsibilities will be
- You will secure the supply of raw materials and packaging to meet production requirements:
- Identify the materials required to ensure scheduled production.
- Execute and follow up order requisitions for required materials.
- Follow up on incoming orders and claim orders in delay.
- Review stocks and consumptions to achieve the optimal level of raw material inventory.
- You will coordinate with other departments the production objectives, minimizing costs and managing incidences.

- You have Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business (ADE, Economics) or similar.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English (B2.2.).
- You have advanced knowledge in Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
