Role Mission
Lead, plan, and control all activities related to the production of freeze-dried products manufactured by Instituto Grifols, S.A., in accordance with the schedule and standards set by management, to achieve the required production levels under optimal time and quality conditions.
What your responsibilities will be
- You will direct and coordinate the productive activities of the departments under their responsibility.
- You will obtain results with optimal quality and timeliness.
- Manage a direct and indirect team of more than 100 collaborators, including supervisors, technicians and operators.
- You will coordinate and supervise the development and planning of the people under their supervision.
- You will achieve maximum human development in the areas of responsibility.
- You will plan ideas for improvement and, if possible, implement them.
- You will propose new equipment, facilities, or work procedures.
- You will be in charge of the execution and control of the CAPEX of the area
Who you are

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- Master's degree in Administration (desirable).
- Advanced level of English – C1. (Necessary).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or 8 years of experience in the food sector (operations area).
- Proven experience leading large teams.
- Experience in regulatory audits (FDA, EMA, INVIMA, ANVISA, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills, decision making in complex situations.
