Mission
Provide specialized functional and technical support in SAP and related applications, contributing to the definition, development, and implementation of SAP enhancements and projects. Ensure the correct execution of manufacturing processes in line with established standards, working under the guidance of functional or project leads.
What your responsibilities will be
- Support the coordination between the manufacturing plant and the IT department, contributing to project management activities.
- Monitor and track project tasks to ensure timely execution.
- Perform testing activities within SAP validation environments.
- Develop internal documentation and user manuals.
- Provide support for SAP incidents and new developments.
- Deliver training sessions to internal users.
- Assist in the management of auxiliary software and related applications.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Computer Science, Information Systems) or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience of 1–3 years on working with SAP in a functional or support role (ideally within manufacturing environments).
- Basic understanding of SAP modules related to operations, such as PP (Production Planning) and/or MM (Materials Management).
- Experience in process analysis, documentation, and support for business applications.
- Experience participating in testing activities (UAT) and validation environments within SAP is a plus.
- Experience delivering training sessions or supporting end users is valued.
- Knowledge of project/task tracking tools (e.g. JIRA or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or regulated environments (e.g. pharma, GMP) is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams.
- Proactive attitude, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (advanced level required).

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
