Role Mission
The mission of International Distribution Quality Specialist is ensure proper compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDPs) of the processes assigned to you as owner.
What your responsibilities will be
- You will oversee the proper handling of international distribution complaints by the different teams.
- You will maintain the international distribution complaints management system up to date, ensuring that all stakeholders have the appropriate permissions, and that the system configuration complies with the current model.
- You will train and advise the international distribution complaints management teams in the different countries and business units.
- You will lead projects related to the distribution quality management system.
- You will coordinate international distribution complaints under the responsibility of the Grifols International.
- You will develop procedures, instructions, and manuals for distribution activities under the responsibility of the Grifols International.
- You will support Warehouse Technical Director in the coordination of CAPAs, deviations, and the preparation of plans.
- You will conduct internal audits of the international distribution quality system.
- You will conduct external audits of suppliers.
- You will thoroughly understand the international distribution model implemented in all regions and business units.

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Specialization or Master's Degree in Quality Assurance or Pharmaceutical Logistics (desirable).
- Advanced level of English – C1. (Necessary).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality in the pharmaceutical industry or wholesale distributors, preferably with a focus on international distribution. (Necesarry).
- Knowledge of regulations GMP and FDA, ISO 9001 type work standards (desirable).
- You have user-level knowledge of MS Office and SAP software. (desirable).
- You are a person focused on results, adaptable to different environments and with communication skills
